Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern access to nextechxworld.com and the school-management software, mobile applications, support and related services supplied by NEXTECHXWORLD ENTERPRISES ("NexTechXWorld"). By registering, subscribing or using the services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your school or organisation.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and have authority to act for the school or organisation you represent. You are responsible for user permissions, credential security and activity performed through your account. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported promptly.
2. Service licence
During an active subscription, we grant the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for its internal educational and administrative operations, subject to the selected plan and these Terms. No ownership in the software or underlying intellectual property is transferred.
3. Customer data
The customer retains its rights in data submitted to the platform and authorises us to host, process, transmit and back up that data as required to provide and secure the service. The customer is responsible for data accuracy, lawful collection, notices, consents, user permissions and maintaining any records it is independently required to retain.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt infrastructure, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, use the service unlawfully, reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits, or allow access beyond the purchased plan.
5. Subscriptions, fees and taxes
Subscription scope, duration, user limits and charges are shown in the selected plan, order or invoice. Fees and applicable taxes are payable by the stated due date. Unless expressly stated otherwise, renewal is subject to the pricing and terms communicated for the next subscription period.
6. Third-party services
Some functions may depend on payment gateways, messaging, email, hosting, application stores or other third-party services. Their availability and separate terms may apply. We are not responsible for interruptions or acts solely within a third party's control.
7. Availability, maintenance and updates
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, security work, upgrades or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. Features may be improved or changed while preserving the overall purpose of the subscribed service.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for overdue payments, security risks, unlawful use, material breach or conduct that threatens users or the platform. Either party may end the service as permitted by the applicable plan or order. On termination, access ends and data handling is governed by the applicable retention process and Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, software, design, documentation, trademarks and service content are owned by or licensed to NEXTECHXWORLD ENTERPRISES. Feedback may be used to improve the service without transferring customer data ownership.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Schools remain responsible for academic, administrative, financial and regulatory decisions made using the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal rights, courts having jurisdiction in Rajasthan will have jurisdiction over disputes. Parties should first attempt to resolve concerns in good faith through written notice.
